Alfred: Are you asserting that previous versions are non-free too? Can
you point out the relevant text from the old license (below)?
I suggest someone check the license and see if that is the case, if
previous old versions are or are not non-free software is I think
mostly a unrelated issue. What matter most is what the software is
under for license right now.
Likewise, what percentage of users of nmap are propietery companies,
is also a side issue.
