Hm, I see, that makes sense. With this in mind, I think we should cite
this in the requirements, participation guide, and also on the about
page of the project.

I see. With this in mind, I would also like to address here an apology
to David Hedlund for the confusion, since I was not aware of this
concept before I proposed that “every page under the Collection
namespace would be a curated list of entries already reviewed”. It seems
that it is the responsibility of each Project Team who have a page under
Collection to correctly state in that same page the details related to
how that collection is to be maintained and what are the requirements.
