Bosnian peacekeeping mission, the best way to stay in touch starts with
the post exchange.

Well, so much for that $2 billion contract Boeing and Harris just got to
supply the Defense Department with advanced SDR mobile and hand held
radios. DoD can go to Best Buy instead.
