Should be feasible. Depends on what exactly you're going to try to do
with the radio.

We're not currently using any real time extensions. If you are
building some kind of TDMA radio, where there is a tight spec between
the receive and transmit slots, some kind of synchronization between
receiver and transmitter will be required. At this point we haven't
explored any of those issues.
