I don't remember exactly the page, but try putting in google
" arrl sdr tis". You will find the page of the
Technical Information Service of the American Radio Relay League,
that seems like http://www.arrl.org/tis , then choose for SDRs.

In this page there is a bunch of technical articles of how a SDR
works and how to design it.
