I too see some perioding disturbance while generating a pure audio tone. But
sadly I do not see that all the time. I once thought it could be because of
insufficient MIPS on my machine (duron 750Mhz), but then I tried again and
could get pure audio. I will try to capture it on a file.
The disturbance here is like periodic with an interval of close to one second.
(I tried with sampling rate of 8khz) It seems like a sample or two is missed.
