Hmmm, this error is familiar but I don't recall the cause or cure.
What version of swig are you using?
$ swig -version
Assuming that your swig version is OK (1.3.23 or 1.3.24) then another
wild stab is:
$ cd gnuradio-core/src/lib/swig
$ make clean
$ make install
