[Discuss-gnuradio] Buffer error

The attached python script works for a short time before it returns the
following error:

python: ./gr_buffer.h:96: unsigned int gr_buffer::index_add(unsigned int,
unsigned int): Assertion `s < d_bufsize' failed.
Aborted

What could be the problem?
