All of the chips in the USRP are specified over at least the 0-70C
range. At room temperature the USRP can run all-out continuously for
days at a time. Any enclosure should take the power consumption of the
system into account. This can be as high as 15-18 Watts depending on
what daughterboards you use.
An enclosure for the USRP will be released some time in the next 2
months.
