[Discuss-gnuradio] Compilation of block

Dear all,

I have been trying to compile the block gr-howto-write-a-block-3.1.0 (I
am using Cygwin).
I have copied the boostrap script from the gnuradio dir into the
gr-howto-write-a-block-3.1.0 dir. When I launch the script, I get the
following error:

Can you please help me about these errors messages or tell me the
correct procedure to add a new block into gnuradio please ?
