[Discuss-gnuradio] New blocks: gr_xor_*

Tim Meehan has contributed three new blocks that have been merged into
the trunk:

gr.xor_bb()
gr.xor_ii()
gr.xor_ss()

These blocks perform a bitwise XOR between an arbitrary number of
input data streams to produce a single output data stream.
