Writing from an Atom 330 mITX that runs Ubuntu 10.04
without any problems. Been running it for over 2 months
in it's beta form and daily updates. Don't know about the
Atom 510 but the 330 sure ticks right along :-)

Triple booted in WinXP/Ubuntu 9.10, and 10.04.
