Quite apart from the other advice you've been given here about safe cabling practices and antenna selections, it looks like you're trying
  to implement what's a called a linear transponder.  You've got your sample_rate set to 32Khz, which is very, very, very much
  narrower than standard WiFi signals. You'll have to experiment with the smallest bandwidth that sucessfully carries your
  WiFi signals through.
