[Discuss-gnuradio] grc sorting block categories

Hi,

I've been using GnuRadio Companion for some prototyping over the last
couple of weeks and am finding it very helpful.

Below is a (tiny) patch to enable sorting the block tree clicking on
the column heading ('Blocks'):
