Hi Kevin,

I think you kind of answered your own question in your subject - you
connect your signal producing block to a file sink, configure it to save
the data to the right file, and run the flow graph.

Maybe you'd appreciate our Guided Tutorials:
Please follow them through one after the other, they build up on each other.
