Hi guys,
Is there a way, without establishing communication between a cellular phone to a base station, to calculate TDOA (or TOA) from my USRP B210 to the cellular nearby? My goal is to determine the distance to the cellular phone, or alternatively to know if i'm getting closer/further to it.
