Hi Sebastian,

you're the second person to post a proposal for gr-sigint, and it's a
pretty good one at first glance. I may come back with some more detailed
feedback.

We've had one other full proposal so far, which was also for gr-sigint.
Since this is a vast field, we would probably be able to accomodate for
more then one student (if we can find the mentors) on this project,
should the best proposals be both in this domain.
