[Discuss-gnuradio] ORC support on armhf w/ embedded SDK

According to the wiki [1], ORC support was disabled on armhf due to a bug, which has apparently since been resolved [2]. Was ORC support added back for armhf in the most recent SDK from 20-APR-2016 [3]? I.e., is the wiki page just out of date?
