You can select the "right" device in the USRP Sink and source by using
"serial=XYZ123"
in the "device address" field. XYZ123 is the address you'll see when connecting the USRP to your computer and running "uhd_find_devices".

Since B2xx are bit multi-USRP capable (or rather, UHD isn't capable of unifying access to multiple B2xx in a single multi_usrp object), you'll have to use two USRP sources/sinks.
