Dear Alvin,

you should be able to read the sampling rate used from the Variable called "samp_rate" in ZWave_B210.grc, for example.

Your question might be an indication of you not being overly familiar with GNU Radio, yet. I can heartily recommend going through the guided tutorials [1]. They'll make it a lot easier for you to understand what's happening in this EZ-Wave software (that I'm not familiar with myself).
