The repository is still there but the SSL certificate needs to be updated/fixed.

As a temporary measure you can tell git to ignore the error, or you can use GitHub's repository.

But my guess is these instructions are stale, and github is now the official home of the repo. Do these instructions need to be updated, or am I doing something wrong?
