Well indeed. I accidentally plugged USB 2.0 cable instead of 3. Thanks. 

I realized that "A USB 3.0 cable is required for USB 3.0 speeds

Looks like warning from your SDR driver. What are you using? If the same hardware already worked, the only thing I could imagine is that you plugged a USB 3.0-capable device in a USB 2.0 port.
