Not sure. Just lock to one of them and another as interference. If interference after loop filtering is small (out of loop bandwidth) it can keep locking.

thanks. i think i have figured out it from the source. i think this block only works for a clean single frequency. if there are 2 or more frequency in the input signal it will not detect any of them, right?
