[Discuss-gnuradio] converting xml block files to new yaml yml block files

Hello.

Am using gnuradio 3.8 git (python 3.7.3) and have compiled gr-osmosdr to work with that.

Having some issue translating from osmosdr_source.xml to osmosdr_source_block.yml, the new yaml format

Anyone tackled this?
