Yes - it is completely unrelated to GNUstepWeb.
At present, it might (slightly) help if you want to:
* use GNUstep tools as CGI bins;
* write GNUstep-based Java servlets using JIGS;
* write GNUstep-based Apache modules in Objective-C.
