Perhaps this is not needed and I'm wrong, but let me ask a question.
Example:
- double click on an icon or on a browser cell.
- this tells an app to open a file.
- the window manager creates a window.
- now move some window to hide this window.
- double click again on the same icon.
- our window should be taken in front of the others.
Actually, this doesn't happen.
How is this supposed to work?
