NSGArray.h in GSWeb.h file

Hi,

The file "NSGArray.h" does not exists any more and include statement for
this file in GSWeb.h should be removed. And in making gsweb package,
GSWExtensions.framework needs header files of GSWeb.framework so
I should make; make install GSWeb.framework first which is different
from what INSTALL file says. And last problem is there is no such file
named GSWSessionRestorationErrorPage.gswd in GSWExtensions.framework
directory. I think reference for this file in GNUmakefile should be
removed.
