Exactly, which is enough to avoid moving the hands off the keyboard
for most functions.
However, the ability to call up the menu and browse it without a mouse
may be useful.
In OPENSTEP, they added such a feature for the buttons in windows with
ugly dotted frame rect in the selected button. In my opinion, it would
be better to do it as WindowMaker does it in its menus, merely
highlight the current menu item, or the current button. That's already
the way it shows up when the mouse is pressed on a button so that
should be ok GUI-wise.
