mingw help...

Ciao!

I'm trying to compile gnustep to an nt4 system with the system cygwin 
precompiled tools (bash, make, ecc) and the mingw32 compiler.

I've already installed the make pkg, but this happen when I try to compile
the base. In ../Header/Foundation there are all needed files.

Why ?
