ANN: Build Guide 1.2.0

Hi all,

The GNUstep Build Guide is now version 1.2.0 and has replaced the old
version. Only the one-page version will be available from now on.

Updates since last time:
- DGS works
- Upgraded to Window Maker 0.65.0
- Rewrote the boot-scripts and .profile-scripts the way they should be
;) (That was a very longstanding bug)
- Made the guide more consistent

To do:
- Test build the Environment Basic part.

So from now on most up-to-date Guide can be accessed the old way:
http://www.made-it.com/GNUstep/Build
