Under Openstep for Mach this is "-undefined suppress" which uses ld.
Under Openstep for NT you need to use "-Xlinker -force:unresolved" because
the underlying linker is the one supplied by Microsoft.
I don't have any experience with Gnustep on Windows so I don't know how to
help you in this regard

Under OpenStep, I remind that there was a linker option that was something
like :
undefined-suppress

cygwin/mingw.
