backend names

I added a configure option (--with-name) so you can change the name of 
the back end. For instance, to get the old backend behavior, you could do:

     configure --enable-xlib --with-name=xgps
     make install

     make distclean
     configure --enable-xdps --with-name=xdps
     make install

   Before running an application, choose one backend using the defaults
program:

     defaults write NSGlobalDomain GSBackend libgnustep-xdps
