ANN: gnustep-objc 1.2.2

I've made a new release of gnustep-objc which includes updates for 
compiling on Windows that were also made in gnustep-make-1.3.2. If you 
plan on compiling GNUstep on Windows, you should use this version.

Actually, if your using Windows, you should really get the latest CVS 
versions of everything, just in case.
