PB.project -> GS Makefiles tool

Hi Folks,

we hacked such a tool based on the source we found on the net in 2001.
It works quite nice but it needs some hand work each time you converted a 
project.
Does someone want to improve the sources? If yes, I will put them online.

PS: Please answer only private. This list has enough traffic.
