application startup problem

Hi! group,

Nice to be back on this list once again.

Yesterday I did a CVS update and built the core using gcc-3.1.1 . Everything 
went smoothly. But launching the app with openapp failed producing the 
following error msg:

2002-08-16 13:30:45.497 hello[24317] No local time zone specified.
2002-08-16 13:30:45.498 hello[24317] Using time zone with absolute offset 0.
2002-08-16 13:30:45.495 hello[24317] Improper installation: No language locale 
found
2002-08-16 13:30:46.183 hello[24317] NSApplication.m:207  Assertion failed in 
initialize_gnustep_backend.  Can't load backend class
/root/code/objc/hello/hello.app/hello: Uncaught exception 
NSInternalInconsistencyException, reason: NSApplication.m:207  Assertion failed 
in initialize_gnustep_backend.  Can't load backend class

So what is the problem ? and how do I fix it ?
