oops - i can see that i don't need to do that myself - the problem im having is
this: when i un-install the mandrake rpm that has the objective c runtime, i
then cannot compile a simple "hello, whatever" objective c file. i get the
following error:
[jordan@larry tmp]$ gcc -o test test.m -lobjc
gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1obj': No such file or directory
