Base on Solaris 2.8 (SPARC)

Hi,

I am curious to learn how GNUstep works on Solaris 2.8 (or newer) w/ 
gcc 3.x. What works and what does not (compared to other platforms, ie. 
DO), and what version of gcc 3.x is required for successful usage? Are 
there any issues which should be taken care of which are not mentioned 
in the various GNUstep documentation?
