Re: LIBTIFF

For me, gnustep-base with libxml2 needs some patching on makefiles and
config.h, and gui and back also needs
some makefile patches(Alas, I've deleted all of them accidentally T_T) GUI part
does have big problem, busy
flickering due to focus management(I'm not sure on current version, my last try
was before september). For
most server side programs and tools, gnustep on win32 does work great! (I even
can compile OpenGroupware.org,
though not running correctly except SOPE part.)

Hope your good result :-)

  Thanks!

I can't believe I haven't found this site before! I normally fish from
www.gnustep.org and must have been asleep. Currently I tried downloading the
latest base etc and that didn't even recognise my GCC objc directories!
Sigh, why do we bother? Because we are addicts and *must* make it work!

I have removed *everything* and downloaded the individual MinGW packages and
going to try it the real hard way as a learning experience! Made it work on
SuSe, no brainer on the Mac, just Windows to beat!

  Thanks again,
  Sean Charles.
