Do we have single click launch on IWM? I like the single-click
mode on WindowMaker so much that im ignoring some other focus problems.

All,

  More InterfaceWM updates:

1. Color loading issues that affected titlebar font appearance have been
resolved - both focused and unfocused text appear.
2. Fixed bug that was causing IWM to crash when GNUstep pop-up dialogs (or
any client window without a minimize button) appeared.
3. Fixed border width issue with clients causing ugliness.
4. As a TEMPORARY SOLUTION, added a ***KDE*** window type atom to the
-initializeEWMHDecorations method to resolve problems with GNUstep menus. This is an issue that needs to be resolved within the GNUstep backend, not InterfaceWM. But until the EWMH window type is set to spec, this will be
the only way for GNUstep menus to behave properly under Interface.
5. Began adding texture classes to the IWMGraphics lib (from WindowMaker). These will provide significantly improved graphics in IWM when completed
(hopefully within the week), as well as gradient colors.

Current known issues to tackle first:

1. Resizing clients leaves the application window at original size.
2. Resizing clients from the right grip is non-functional.
3. Moving clients uses is incorrectly using the cached location.
4. GNUstep application windows are displaying "short" (i.e. some of the top
of the window is hidden beneath the titlebar).
