This is basically an inter *nix variant flame war. Depending on which camp you
subscribe to your answer will probably be one of:
/usr/bin
/usr/local/bin
/opt/bin
and I'm not advocating one over the other.
My point was that these are supposed to be *nix commands like any other and so
should be treated as such, rather than put them in
SYSTEM_ROOT/Tools/(libcombo)/
'/usr/local/bin' is a good default case which platform packages can change to
suit their variant.
