I believe he does need to be made aware. So far as I know, from looking at
how IB on MOSX behaves, it appears to be a bug to be able to instantiate it by
itself, without a subclass.

First of all, I must admit that the instantiation problem I mentioned is
NOT due to the latest Gorm.  Responsible for it are previous Gorms, the
tutorial, and my blind obedience to it.  Sorry for having got you involved,
and I appreciate your effort to track it down.

I've just found that we don't need to instantiate NSDocumentController at
all in a multi-document app example of the tutorial, which is called Money.
Actually, I deleted the archived NSDocumentController instance in one of
the gorm files of the app, and tried it run...  Surprisingly (to me), it
did run properly without the instance!

My conclusion has already been indicated by the title: correct it, please.
