Ann: hermit 0.1.2

Hi all,

For those holding their breath on the hermit update facility: You can 
now breath out :) Hermit will no longer download every package, but only 
the updated ones.

Other things that changed in this release:
- Added COPYING file
- Trusts on cod 1.0.0 (! update cod !) to find commands (removed which).
- gs-user-inst:
              -Creates a new (overwrites previous!) WMState
               in the Defaults dir. So the Dock has
               Preferences and Terminal.
              -wmaker starts without clip.
              -Preferences and GWorkspace are started from .xinitrc
              -Preferences is started hidden.

With this release hermit's version will probably no longer reflect 
Ocean's version. The db-<version> is will from now on be the Ocean 
version. Which means that the changes for Ocean 0.1.2 are:
added: Terminal
added: Preferences
added: PrefsModule
added: SMBKit incl. samba-3.0.2a libsmbclient
added: GWNet

Note that GWNet and SMBKit are tests... but hey what do you expect of a 
0.1.2 release :)
