Compatibility of property list in GNUstep anc Cocoa

Hi,

 I just curious about whether the property list in GNUstep and Cocoa are 
the same ?
 The XML property list may be easier to be compatible if it is a good idea
 since there is a DTD for property list in Cocoa.
 If XML property list is compatible in GNUstep and Cocoa,
 it would save time from creating another XML DTD to be used both in 
GNUstep and Cocoa
 in an application.
