Apparently adding this to prefs.js : user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.mailto", "start-tb.sh"); will make firefox call the start-tb.sh script with the mailto URL. Does anyone have a script which will parse the mailto URL and call a GNUMail service?
Hm, it could perhaps be interesting to program a tool (or a StepTalk script..) for just that... ie, a program taking two arguments: the service name and the string. Of course, it will only work with services working with a string, but that could be useful anyway ? (in fact, you could perhaps have options to indicate a file path and sending NSData, or just
taking data in stdin ... ) -- Nicolas Roard
