I thought it was kinda weird that nobody had written a PreferencePanes
implementation for GNUstep yet. It almost seemed too easy. Figures that
there already was one.
Note that my GSPreferencePane is mainly a proof-of-concept. I can put
more work in this if it's needed (would love to, actually), but I didn't
want to sink hours into this just to find out it wasn't needed.

I hope OS X zip isn't in any way weird and works for you, otherwise I
could drop down to the command line and TGZ it.
