Building base on Solaris with SSL

Hi,

I am trying to build base on a new Solaris 9 machine. ./configure gives 
me.

...
checking for sys/inttypes.h... yes
checking openssl/ssl.h usability... no
checking openssl/ssl.h presence... no
checking for openssl/ssl.h... no
configure: WARNING: SSL bundle will not be built: Could not find 
openssl libraries
configure: creating ./config.status
...

I have built openssl-0.9.7e from source. I have /usr/local/ssl/lib in 
crle and I also tried

        ./configure --includedir=/usr/local/ssl/include

No way. configur estill doe snot find openssl. Any ideas?
