Menu bound to the command key

Hi everybody,

I started to improve the toolbar implementation yesterday, but now on 
my fresh GNUstep install, the command key when used in conjunction with 
a mouse click shows the GNUstep menu locally, sadly this behavior 
prevents the possibility to rearrange the toolbar items… I don't 
remember such behavior in the past and moreover I'm unable to figure 
how I can turn this off.
