BTW -- one suggestion if you have duplicate
buttons on scroll bars: If the scroll bar shrinks
beyond a certain size, half the buttons should be
hidden, and the area used for the scrollbar
track. MacOS X doesn't do that, and it makes some
scrollbars in small windows unusable, because the
arrows overlap and the thumb is invisible. If
they're so close together that there's no room
for the track, they're close enough that the user
won't mind having to mouse up towards the up
arrow etc.
Your sense of aesthetics and graphical
competence is a very valuable contribution at
this time.

BTW, I would have prefered the scrollbars on the left :)
