For the moment, you can't drag, but you can paste. If you create a tabbed shelf 
tab (Tools -> Tabbed Shelf -> Add Tab..) and select "pasteboard tab", the new 
tab will accept pasted data of NSStringPboardType, NSRTFPboardType, 
NSTIFFPboardType, NSColorPboardType and IBViewPboardType (Gorm) types. And for 
each of them there is a content viewer in Inspector.
