it will involve a bit of work but at ANTLR there is a complete C grammar: http://www.antlr.org/grammar/cgram with a rewritting test program. I'm sure it could be easily extended to read/rewrite ObjectiveC.As a matter of fact I will use it for the Foundation-.NET binding tool I'm working on at work.
